Friday, October 20:

  • 3:00: Arrivals and introductions, get settled in

  • 5:30-7:00: A restorative and relaxing slow flow to wind down

  • 7:30: Welcome Dinner

  • Gather around the fire under the stars / Optional journaling activity

Saturday, October 21:

  • 8:00-9:00:  Energizing Yoga Flow with Affirmations and Intentions 

  • Breakfast Break at Passion Pie Cafe

  • 11:30: Yoga workshop focusing on poses and transitions that you want to work on

  • Lunch Break 

  • Afternoon Leisure: Time to soak in the hot springs, explore the town, relax 

  • 5:30-6:45: Yoga flow focusing on alignment and postures

  • 7:30: Dinner

    Down time : Fire, soak in hot springs, relax 

Sunday, October 22

  • 8:00: Sunrise Yoga w/ Meditation and Journaling

  • Breakfast Break at Passion Pie Cafe

  • Check Out

  • Optional excursion to White Sands National Park
